Most of the time one or the other will show up as disconnected. On the plus side had HA’s changed to control volune, right up, left down. Another minus, cannot answer a phone call bia the HA’s as I could with my Phonak HA’s. So if my iPhone is in another room I need to go find it to answer a call. If Phonak can. Most every morning need to do the Resound hokey pokey, in case, out of case, settings, pair, in case, out of case, yada yada … ridiculous.
