In QB settings, it shows 2,000 Global Max connections as i had it set when I was using Catalina.I lowered max global connections to 1500 and seems to solve the issue. It was a random number that I chose for no pIm getting much faster download speeds and connecting to +200 seeds.Closed QB and restart it several times and seems to be working fine now. If the third torrent also gets Stalled due to lack of seeders, qB should move to the fourth torrent and so on. But, qB doesn't do that. It simply gets stuck on a stalled torrent and doesn't move to a torrent next in queue that has seeders. Steps to reproduce
