This is the same WB that released a "ultimate edition" of LotR without the appendices/special features found on the blu-rays. So if you care about special features? You almost have to hold on to the blu-rays you have...or buy a blu-ray set besides the 4k release. They did the same with the Superman 4k set release. They didn't include the special edition of Superman 1 that had aired on TV but I don't think it had ever been included save for a 2 pack which you can get on Amazon cheap enough. Though I had seen some say this is a digital extra on Movies anywhere. So sometimes if it's not on disc you may get the features digitally. From the review here on the box set... "It also doesn't include the dedicated bonus features disc from the 2011 Anthology set, so you're also missing out on another few hours of solid extras there too."
