Large Blob is one of the Boss Vek from Into The Breach.Description[]A massive sized gelatinous ooze resembling a similar fictional monster. This boss Vek can only appear in corporate islands with the "Defeat 5 Goos" objective alongside the HQ mission objective, and is excluded from the Volcanic Hive.When defeated, the Large Goo will split into 2 Medium Goos; when a Medium Goo is defeated, it will split into 2 Small Goos. The resulting enemies that come from the split will be launched and land on randomly determined tiles that the game determines as safe (i.e. avoiding tiles like fire and water, though still possibly landing in range of another enemy's attack). The split happens immediately after the Large or Medium Goo is defeated. The tiles they land on is determined at that moment based on the player Mechs placements, and can change after a Reset Turn is used and the Goo is defeated again if the Mechs are placed on different tiles.Strategy[]This Vek can be a challenge to deal with for those who cannot effectively manage large groups of enemies. While it has low health in it's starting phase, it soon splits into two smaller versions of itself when defeated. The two Medium Goos will then split into even smaller goos on death; not taking care of each Goo size quickly can leave the player with four enemies to fight alongside the other Vek.
